Strawberry Souffle



5 egg whites 

20 grams oatmeal 

1 teaspoon baking powder 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1 teaspoon cream of tartar


1 teaspoon water 

75 grams strawberries 

Optional: sugar-free syrup


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F) and prepare a round cake pan with parchment paper on the bottom.

Mix egg whites and cream of tartar in medium sized bowl until stiff peaks form. 

In any blender type, mix oatmeal, cinnamon, and baking powder until it looks like fine flour. 

Add the dry mixture into the egg blend and mix until ingredients are fully incorporated. 

Place mixture in prepared cake pan and bake in oven for 18 minutes.

For the toppings, take any blender type and add strawberries and 1 teaspoon of water. Blend until pureed and pour over souffle once you're ready to eat.
