Strawberry Crepes
Ingredients
Crepes
5 egg whites
20 grams of oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Topping
75 grams of whole strawberries
1 teaspoon water
Optional: sugar-free syrup
Instructions
Place egg whites, oatmeal, baking powder, and cinnamon in any blender type and blend until full combined.
Heat saucepan on stove and add coconut oil.
Add around 1/4 cup or enough to make a thin layer of the mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown and slightly lifting on the sides. Then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Set aside. (The mixture makes up to 3 crepes.)
Finally, blend strawberries and 1 teaspoon of water in any blender type until pureed. Pour over crepes and add optional sugar-free syrup.
